# Chức năng Tạo phiếu xuất kho

Tạo phiếu xuất kho bán lẻ phụ tùng, duyệt xuất kho để trừ tồn kho và tự tạo phiếu thu, in phiếu xuất kho.

## 1. Tạo phiếu xuất kho

**Bước 1**: Chọn **Quản lý kho** sau đó chọn **Xuất Kho.**

**Bước 2**: Chọn **Tạo Xuất Kho.**

**Bước 3**: Nhập thông tin chung.

* **Số chứng từ**: hệ thống tự đánh số (XK-ngàythángnăm.số thứ tự). Trùng số với người lưu trước thì tự cấp số kế tiếp (xem mục **Lưu ý chung: số phiếu tự động** ở [trang đầu hướng dẫn](/29-huong-dan-s-dung-crm-chuyen-sau-cho-garage-o-to.md)).
* **Khách hàng** <mark style="color:red;">\*</mark>: khách mua phụ tùng.
* **Quản lý xe**, **Biển số**: chọn xe nếu bán phụ tùng cho xe đó.
* **Hình thức tt**, **Mô tả**: nhập nếu cần.

**Bước 4**: Nhập phụ tùng và kho xuất.

Hệ thống tự tính thuế, tổng tiền. Số lượng vượt tồn thì dòng báo đỏ và khi **Lưu** hệ thống hỏi xác nhận (xem [Cảnh báo vượt tồn kho](/29-huong-dan-s-dung-crm-chuyen-sau-cho-garage-o-to/12-quan-ly-ton-kho-chuyen-kho/tim-san-pham-canh-bao-ton-kho.md)).

* **Xuất tại kho** <mark style="color:red;">\*</mark>: kho lấy hàng.
* **Trạng thái xuất kho**: để **Mới** khi chưa giao hàng.

## 2. Duyệt xuất kho

**Bước 1**: Mở phiếu, chọn **Hành động** sau đó chọn **Sửa.**

**Bước 2**: Chọn **Trạng thái xuất kho** là **Đã duyệt** rồi nhấn **Lưu.**

1. Trừ **tồn kho** tại kho đã chọn.
2. Tạo **phiếu thu** bằng Tổng thanh toán, tình trạng **Đã thanh toán**. Khách trả sau hoặc trả nhiều đợt thì sửa số tiền phiếu thu giống [phiếu thu quyết toán](/29-huong-dan-s-dung-crm-chuyen-sau-cho-garage-o-to/5-quan-ly-phieu-thu/chuc-nang-tao-phieu-thu.md).

## 3. In phiếu xuất kho

Mở phiếu, chọn nút **In phiếu xuất kho** (màu đỏ). Có thể bấm **Tải file PDF** trên trang in để lưu file.
