# Comment Nội Bộ Trên Một Hồ Sơ Khách Hàng.

Giúp quản lý và nhân viên tương tác trên 1 hồ sơ khách hàng thay vì chát zalo để trao đổi. Nội dung này sẽ được lưu lại trên từng hồ sơ của khách hàng

**Bước 1**: Chọn khách hàng cần comment nội bộ để xem chi tiết, rồi chọn tiếp **Thông tin tổ chức.**
