## 5.Xem Chi Tiết Hoạt Động

**Bước 1**: Chọn vào đối tượng khách hàng tiềm năng trên cột cần xem chi tiết hoặc chọn dấu ![](/files/C9704igVYhs3AkIcWJJq)trên góc phải của cột có khách hàng cần tiềm rồi chọn biểu tượng con mắt để xem chi tiết ![](/files/9wie1hEswBtA68I1EtPh)

**Bước 2**: Sau khi bảng thông tin chi tiết xuất hiện bạn có thể xem được các hoạt động cần làm(hoạt động đang lên kế hoạch) và hoạt động đã làm bằng cách chọn vào dấu (+) trên thanh hoạt động.

**Bước 3**: Lúc này danh sách sẽ xuất hiện, bạn có thể xem chi tiết bằng cách click chọn vào hoạt động cụ thể nào đó để xem thông tin chi tiết
